Pamela Rae (Penny) Chamberlain Obituary
Pamela "Penny" Ray Chamberlain 75, of Pendleton passed away on Tuesday May 23, 2017. She was born September 29, 1941 in Baker, Oregon to Robert Yount and Margaret Whalen. She graduated from Baker Senior High School. After graduation she spent time in Baker, La Grande, Ontario, Eugene, and Pendleton, Oregon. While still in Baker she met and married Timothy Dean Chamberlain.
They later divorced. They remarried and divorced again. While living in Eugene she was a Business Administrator for AAA Plating. After settling in Pendleton she enjoyed people and found her niche waitressing. She loved fishing, mushrooming, camping, bird watching, reading and gardening. She is survived by sons: Michael Young and spouse Renee of Pendleton; David Chamberlain and spouse Susan of Pendleton: daughter Debra Asbridge and spouse Don of Pendleton: 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her long time companion Norm Place, her mother Margaret Nye, her step father Everett Nye, and her dad Robert Yount.
