She is survived by: her husband Richard Hoffman; her siblings, Beverly McCloud and Dick Johnson; her nephews, Randy Tachella and Casey Anderson (Cindy); her niece Malissia Markham (Irvy); and her stepchildren, Camie Britt (Rocky), Johnie Moyer (Karol), Jason Broadfoot (Carrie), Steve Hoffman (Samantha) and Joe Hoffman (Amber). She is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces; and step-grandchildren.
