He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Springer and Mary Springer; his wife Patricia; and his children, Lesilie Sutter, Saundra Staudenmier and Terry Springer.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Kelly Springer of Pendleton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
