He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Sheoships (Miles) and John Sheoships; his siblings, Bernadine Sheoships, Erma Sheoships, Harriet Bott, Orville Sheoships and Emmett Sheoships; his daughter Misty Sheoships; and his grandson Dalton McKay.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Sheoships (Bourke); his sisters, June Sheoships, Anna Sheoships, Elma Sheoships and Alva Sheoships; his daughters, Cecelia Sheoships, Shari Sheoships and Karen Lee; his grandchildren, Lily Sheoships, Paul Sheoships, Wauker Tate, Jonathan Tate, Vincent Sheoships, Jerold Billy, Sean Lee, Frank Lee and Frankie Lee; and his great grandchildren, Nettie Sheoships, Dalton Dave and Lucas Frank.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Burns Mortuary of Pendleton (336 SW Dorion Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Mission Cemetery.
