She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion William Deardorff and Merle Maud Deardorff (Gaylor); and her siblings, Marion Woods, Andrew Woods, Adrian Woods, Millie Schiller and Vera Sams.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Raymond "Ray" Smith; her children, Mal Hancock (Kone), Claude Smith (Donella) and Rod Smith (Ilean); and her sister Mary Brown. She is also survived by 7 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help fund the gifts for the Pendleton New Year Babies.
