He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullock; his sister Laverne Hartman; his stepson Marvin Williams; his children, John Bullock Jr. and Kristina Bates; and his grandchildren, Bri Owens, Alvin Owens III and Thomas Shepard.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Silver Saddle Restaurant (2220 SE Court Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801).
