He is survived by: his significant other Donna Elaine Rasmussen; his sons, James Wayne Rasmussen and Patrick Ray Rasmussen; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Tycin, Timothy, Lauren, Zoe, Haley and Lily. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
