He is survived by: his child Angela; his wife Phyllis Jerome; his son James Jerome (Denise); his grandchildren, Kristopher, Alexis, Kasey and Melani; his great grandchild Kent; his sister Francis Boicoff; and also Angela Pursel (Cody).
