He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Houle and Gloria Houle; his grandparents, Elwin C, Donna L Houle, Albert R and Bunnie J Zander; and his pet Scram.
He is survived by: his children, Kaitlin R L Ward, Allen Jay Grimes-Houle, Joseph Mackin Houle and Zoe Noelle Houle; and his grandchildren, Alexander James Grimes, Rosalie Marie Brewer and Dean William Grimes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
