He is survived by: his former wife Barbara McCarl; his sons, Austin Coiner (Lindsey) of Pendleton, Josh Coiner (Melissa) of Heppner and Danny Coiner of Heppner; his grandchildren, Delaney, Griffen Coiner of Pendleton, Jackson, Keaton and Harper Coiner of Heppner; and his sisters, Pam Kalinowski (Mike) of Pasco, Debi Byrnes (Jim) of Pilot Rock, Norma Hoisington of Pilot Rock and Annette Hoeft (David) of Pilot Rock.
