It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Carr of Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Betty Carr and Wayne Edgar Carr Jr. (Chip); his former wife Peggy Ann Grubaugh; his grandson Cadney Rien Bacon; his wife Nissan; and also Audrey.
