He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Portland; his wife Joni Noland; his children, Liesl White, Janesta Noland and Jonathan Noland; and his sisters, Robin Williford and Oriolle Jenks. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
