It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen J. Fager (Pendleton, Oregon), born in Prairie City, Oregon, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Moura and Vera Maxine Moura (Elliott); her sister Judy Crowner; her nieces and nephews, Shari Crowner, Rob Crowner, Tim Crowner and Jodi Gray; her pet Rosebud; and her husband Ramon. She was also cherished by spouses, nine great nieces and nephews, 10 great great nieces and nephews.
Contributions in memory of Carmen may be made to the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter (PAWS) in lieu of flowers.
