With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Irene Bartlett of Pendleton, Oregon, born in Hornbrook, California, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Irene Bartlett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Roberts and Wilma Roberts (Sanders); her daughter Kathleen Steele (Bartlett); and her siblings, James Roberts and Peggy Hubbard (Roberts).
She is survived by: her sister Nora Roberts of Pendleton; her son-in-law Charles Steele of Eureka; her grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica Steele (Beare), Kyler and Jillian Steele (Sullivan); and her great grandchildren, McKenna, Ryder, Barrett and Brynlee Steele. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to AmeriCorps Senior Corps program, an organization close to Alice's heart, where she dedicated her final years working and advocating for its mission, or to the charity of your choice.
