She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Isaac and Alberta Isaac. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Jacki), Jerry (Jodi), Scott (Teresa), Patrick (Judy) and John, Jr.; and her sister Barbara Rex. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Shirley requested donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
