It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Hamada of Parkdale, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Shigeko Matsubu and Kiyomi Matsubu; her spouse Noboru Hamada; her children, Dwight of Hood River, Roger (Barbara) of Munich, Germany and Sandra Bigelow (Bill) of Bend, Oregon; her grandchildren, Jana Jackson, Lukas (Katie), Phillip Hamada (Sanna), Ryan (Alicia) and Brandon Bigelow (Ahyeong); her daughter Maxine Jackson; and her siblings, Mabel Inamine, Hank Matsubu, Tommy Matsubu, Johnny Matsubu and Joyce Ishida. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
