He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Marcia Kuatt, Lonnie Richard Kuatt (Rick) and Alan Kuatt; his grandchildren, Holly, Mandy, Jonathan, Adam and Matt; and his great grandchildren, Kane, Zachariah, Alexis and Caleb.
