He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman P. McDougall and Marjorie E. McDougall (Herndon) of Portland, Oregon.; and his brother Bruce McDougall of Portland. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen S. Hardesty; and his sisters, Jean Navin of Oregon City and Michalene Hutton of Kalispell, Montana.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
