We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2023, at the age of 79, Blase J McDougall (Otis, Oregon), born in Pasco, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman P. McDougall and Marjorie E. McDougall (Herndon) of Portland, Oregon.; and his brother Bruce McDougall of Portland. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen S. Hardesty; and his sisters, Jean Navin of Oregon City and Michalene Hutton of Kalispell, Montana.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
