He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Sawyer and Irene Smith; his brother Kenny Smith; and his nephew Danny Harner. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Smith and Zachary Smith; and his siblings, Richard Smith, Barb Hartzell, Gary Smith, Lawrence Smith (Cathy), Kim Wilson (Scott) and Robert Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
