Melanie Hendrix wrote a sympathy message

“I had the honor to work with Randy at Sunwest Management. He was a great leader that inspired many. I remember one day walking by his office, and he had just finished a conference call with his team. On the call, they shared a story about an employee who went above and beyond for one of our residents, and it had Randy in tears. I don’t remember the story, but I certainly remember his compassion. He also had a wonderful sense of humor. His life will have a long ripple effect - not forgotten.”
