He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annie Solem and Northrup Solem; his wife Sharon Ann Tennent; his siblings, Carol and Eugene; his nephews, Jeff Solem (Debbie), Mike Solem (Tera) and Steve Solem (Amelia); and his niece Katie Martenson. He was also cherished by twelve loving grandchildren, and six precious great grandchildren.
