She was predeceased by: her father Dale Eugene. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Marie Rubel (Rak); her husband Al Dominguez; her siblings, Kevin Rubel (Connie), Alan Rubel (Lisa) and Carol Sessler Ringnalda (Murco); her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Shelby, Katelyn, Erica, Jordan and Chanan; and her stepdaughters, Anna Belcher (Jeremy) and Mechelle Niezgoda (Ben). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Peggy's name to the American Cancer Society.
