She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Woytassek and Rose Woytassek (Zupon); her son Robert; and her siblings, Denis, Henry and Paulette Lerbakken (Joel).
She is survived by: her former husband Nicholas Thiel; her husband Nick; her children, Lynette Thiel-Smith (Jeffrey), Michael (Shirley), Bradley (Ann) and Bryan Thiel; and her sisters, Carol Thomas (Craig) and Mary Beth Woytassek (Larry Lee). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
