He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Nicholson. He is survived by: his children, Mark Maxwell (Marie), Lee Ann Maxwell, Kaylynn Polich (Joe), Amy Arnold (Thomas) and Hilary Brockley (John); his grandchildren, Heather Maxwell, Jon Maxwell (Reggie), Taylor Arnold, Cecilia Brockley and Katie Brockley; his great grandchild Parker Maxwell; his siblings, Jim Maxwell and Linda Lee; and his brother-in-law Ben Nicholson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Oregon City Elks Scholarship Trust Fund.
