He is survived by: his parents, Adolf Hartfeil and Barbara Hartfeil of West Linn, Oregon; his sister Kristie Hartfeil of West Linn; and his daughter Hannah Hartfeil of Holland, PA. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ducks Unlimited to conserve and protect threatened waterfowl habitat or Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation, OHSU.
