She is survived by: her husband David Black; her children, Lyla and Max; her parents, Jon Henricksen (Shelly Henricksen) and Shelly Henricksen; her siblings, Cody, Cori and Cali; her grandparents, Wes and Judy Hutto; her stepmother Chris Martin; her stepsiblings, Bradley, Mason and Karly Martin; and her in-laws, Lynn, Maren and Avery Black.
