He is survived by: his wife Hannelore; his children, James Brey (Teresa), Ursela Jones (Jeree), John Brey (Janis) and David Brey; his grandchildren, Karissa Spilotro (Bob), Taylor Brey, Ryan Brey, Braden Brey (Danielle), David Wagerman, Darby Brey and Logan Brey; his great grandchildren, Peyton Brey, Haley Brey and Carmela Spilotro; and his brothers, Jack Brey (Linda) and Tony Brey (Terri). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
