He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence George and Jessie George (Goodman); and his siblings, Ernest "Wayne", Evelyn and Rowena.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Clarence, Jerry, Roy and Vija. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
