He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleota O'Brien and Marvin O'Brien; the mother of his children Dorothy Wood O'Brien; and also Donna Marie O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Marie O'Brien; his children, Michael O'Brien (Jo), Patty Jarvis, Peggy Planton (Frank) and Marlene Collier (Scott); his sister Naomi Parker; his grandchildren, Melody White, Jacob Planton, Sam White, Matthew O'Brien, Amanda Hartson, Joshua Planton, Sean O'Brien, Lindsey Jarvi, Landon Collier, Summer Collier and Cameron Collier; his nephews, Cleve Parker and Marvin Parker; his niece Maya Johnson; and his stepchildren, David Macomber and Anne Smith. He is also survived by 10 step grandchildren as well as several other extended family.
