It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dawn Jean Carrell of Oregon City, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; and her daughter Cindi Carrell of Benton City, Wash.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mikki Proffitt and Sandi Franklin; her grandchildren, Jacob, Autumn, Tasha and Kendra; her sister Donna Joe Bunton (Peterson); and her siblings-in-law, Mildred Jamison and Don Carrell. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
