She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Bernard (Carey) of Forest Grove; her children, Nate of Forest Grove and Abbegayle Lanpheare of Forest Grove; and her siblings, Jason Bernard of Forest Grove, Joseph, Cherie Bernard of Band, Randi Wilson of Oklahoma and Robynn Bernard of Molalla. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
