It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard J. Draper of Ontario, Oregon, born in Nyssa, Oregon, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miland Draper and Iris Draper; and his wife Peggy King. He was also cherished by wife of 42 years, a daughter and a son, along with 9 grandchildren.
