It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wauneta Kipper (Ontario, Oregon), born in Randolph, Nebraska, who passed away on March 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence E. Stober and Llola Maree Beems Stober; and her children, Dennis Manzer (Diane), Wes Manzer, Warren Manzer (Cathy), Cheryl Neal (Dave), Linda Harkness, Lavon Goodrich, Beverly Manzer and Ellen Manzer. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
