With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Opal Louise Taberna (Ontario, Oregon), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Opal left this world on April 5, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Opal farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Opal is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Dinucci (Mike) and Amy Romero (Edgar); her grandsons, Christopher Romero and Anthony Dinucci; and her sisters, Pat Madsen and Bonnie Permann (Vern). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be sent to Pet Haven or Happy Cat Sanctuary in Opal's memory.
