He is survived by: his wives, Judy Alvarado and Marge; his sons, Manny Alvarado (Laurie) of Ontario, Mike Alvarado, Ontario Mark Alvarado (Mandy) and Matt Alvarado (Cyndi) of Boise, ID.; his grandchildren, Nick Alvarado (Samantha), Josh Alvarado (Rhondi), Tara Rodriguez (Rey), Alyssa Alvarado, Carly McConnell (Jeff), Jason Alvarado, Kaycee Alvarado, Danielle Alvarado and Jeremy Alvarado; his great grandchildren, Mason, Quinten, Sawyer, Demi, Sophia, Olivia and Blake; his siblings, Josie Rez (Rupert), Lupe Farley (Bill), Rita Quintero (Tony), Ed Herrera (Rita) and Aurelio Herrera Ontario (Barbara); his stepdaughter Cheryl Knuepel (Greg); and also Rick Maze Santa (Maria).
