She was predeceased by: her children, Diana and Tommy; and her parents, William Smith and Lyla Smith. She is survived by: her significant other Elmer "Jack" Naillon; her daughters, Kathie Phelps Fruitland (Ken) of Idaho and Jackie Hartley Ontario (Jay) of Oregon; and her sister Margie Johnson Salem (Dick) of Oregon. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
