Issac Michael Sanchez (April 9, 1984 - September 22, 2020)
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Issac Sanchez, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 36. Issac was born to Alex and Ida (Wallace) Sanchez on April 9, 1984. Issac grew up in northern California, Oregon, and Idaho, graduating from Caldwell High School and the College of Western Idaho. Issac honorably served in the United States Army from 2005-2009, being stationed in South Korea, and Fort Carson, Colorado, where he served a deployment in Iraq. Returning to Idaho after his military service, Issac met and fell in love with Dou Feng and was honored to add four year old Esther as his daughter. In 2010, Issac and Dou, welcomed a son Isaac Ray to the family. Issac worked as a Correctional Officer before becoming a mail carrier in Boise with the United States Postal Service. In 2017, Issac and his family relocated to Washington, where he continued his career as a mail carrier with a route in downtown Seattle, which he loved. Issac was a good man, and took care of his family. He enjoyed Thanksgiving and spending time with loved ones. He had a great sense of humor and was very gentle and kind. He loved his son and daughter deeply and shared their accomplishments, being "the best and most loving dad" to his children. Issac is deeply missed and survived by his parents, Alex and Ida, wife Dou, daughter Esther Gochanour, son Isaac, his brothers Alex Julian Sanchez, Vincent (Joh-ann) Sanchez, and Anthony (Danielle) Sanchez, his sisters Trina Vasquez, Sandy (Tutick) Martinez, and Raychel (Chris) Sagar, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, friends, and loved ones.
