She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mark E Howell and Louise Bick Howell; her husband Elvin Ballou; her siblings, Barbara Howell, Norma Dazey, Mark Howell and Charles Howell; her children, Linda (Tom Ady), Don (LaDonna Ballou) and Joy (Merle Saunders); her grandchildren, Tommy and Allison Ady of Eagle; her great grandchildren, Tommy, Tynan, Izzy, Jill Saunders of Dallas, Megan, Brandon Mott, Eli, Blaine of Fruitland, Kate, Jordan Fenters, Louise and Ann of Klamath Falls, Oregon.; and her sister Dorothy Goodloe.
