He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Ayers and Irma Pennington Ayers; his wife Marguerite (Marge); his sister Irma Jean Phillips; his children, Phillip Ayers (Debbie) and Lisa Kendoll (Scott); and his grandchildren, Joshua Ayers, Holly Ayers, Andrea Savage (Scott), Jason Hardesty, Jennifer Hardesty (Andrew Aebischer), Nathan Hardesty, Ben Kendoll (Sarah), Jennifer Kendoll and Chris Kendoll.
