He is survived by: his wife Laura Kelleher; his daughters, Cassandra, Shelby, Brianna and Grace; his nephew Jeff Sorenson; and his parents-in-law, John and Naida Kelleher.
Billy was the first to volunteer whenever an opportunity to donate to the community appeared - with a gift certificate, food, or time.
