He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Decker and Emma Decker; and his daughter Cindy J Shingleton. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Gwen Bailey, Dusty Shingleton (Kathy) and Johnnalee Friedman (Mark); his brother Dave Decker (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Terry Walker. He is also survived by 9 grandkids.
