It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blaine C. Cook (Oakridge, Oregon), born in Culberson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Cook and Jessie Raper Cook; and his son Steve. He is survived by: his wife Betty Swaim; his children, Sharon Krise (Jim) of New Bern, NC, Joe Cook (Chris) and Kathy Swigert (Butch); his daughter-in-law Nancy Cook of Philomath, OR; his grandchildren, Amy Decker (Ken), Anthony Cook, Anna Krise, Joseph Swigert (Brittany) and Andrea Motes (Tyler); and his sister-in-law Barbara Crisp. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
