He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Edward Topliff and Amy Elvira Goodell Topliff; his brother Edward; and his grandson Kelly Topliff. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Maxine Warren; his grandchildren, Leslie Topliff (Sara) and Ian Jones; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Topliff, Kodie Freese-Topliff and Cooper Topliff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will not be held at this time.
