He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amado Rios and Mary Rios; and his siblings, Arculano, Antonio, Mary Rose, Adelia, Pancho, Ernie, Mayo, Valentino, Guadalupe, Anita, Deloris, Nancy, Elvera and Amanda Valero. He was also cherished by 1 son, 5 daughters.
