Volney S. Facto Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2019, at the age of 92, Volney S. Facto (North Bend, Oregon) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Smelcer and Leslie Smelcer; her daughter Suzanne Seip (Ron) of Coos Bay; and her sisters, Jane Buttice of Walla Walla, Wash, Benita Thompson of Halfway and Tiz Landers of Richland, Oregon. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
