It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Charles Spooner of North Bend, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Shawn Charles Spooner (Cody Taylor); his wife Yvonne LaClair; his daughters, Jeri Twinn and Katherine Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Lloyd (John) and Mary Ann Becker (James); his sister Susan Buckingham; and his cousin Laurie Carl (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
