He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Johnson and Enola Johnson; and his son Trevor Dean Johnson. He is survived by: his son Ryan Dean Johnson (Asha Singh) of Portland, Oregon; his brother Doug Johnson; his foster daughters, Maryann Tolosa and BJ Tolosa-James; and his grandson Joshua Stuart.
