He was predeceased by: his brother Jim Hoffman; and his brother-in-law Jim Bernhardt. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Horner; his sister Lois Bernhardt of Hillsboro; his daughters, Karen Stulz (Jaye) of Coos Bay, Cindy Wixey (Marc) of Salem and Bobbi Wilson (Steve) of Coos Bay; and his grandchildren, Nicole Yokbay-Weiss (Martin), Mason Stulz (Nicole), Kayla Yokbay-Kanaeholo (Kyle), Jake Wilson (Shannon Aune), Lynn Clow (Levi), Katie Wilson (Beau Woodward), Cahlia Wixey, Zoie, Karliee, Zoey, MacKenzie, Kamryn, Colton, John, Khloe and Izabella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
