She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Peterson and Wilda Peterson (Fulton); her brothers, Oris and Willis; and her daughter Gayle.

She is survived by: her spouse Gil Gerber; her son Dennis (Debbie); her grandsons, Theron and Travis (Larissa); and her great grandchildren, Bella, Wyatt and Asher. She is also survived by nephew and nieces and their children.
