He was predeceased by: his parents, William Orville King and Anne Margaret Ratliff (Margie); and his stepparents, Mandy King and Tracy Hasty. He is survived by: his half-siblings, Jesse and Tina; his stepsister Anne; his brothers, Jerrold Lee and Fredrick Dale; and his half-siblings, Larry and Mary Lou. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
